One step. Release.
Two steps.  Release again.
Tension draining.
Head up.
Eyes forward.
Colors, lines, movement.
Yes.
Time, distance, direction.
No.
Track, road, trail.
Just go.
Volume soft.
Then up, uP, UP.
Drown it out.
Feel nothing.
Feel it all.
Mind wandering.
Legs weightless.
Body flowing.
Pain, fear, anger, sadness.
All seeping.
Through the sole.
Out.
Rhythm.
Melody.
One step.
Two step.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Release.
